Kerry’s Race Lie

In Kerry’s 1971 testimony before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, he claims:
We saw that many people in this country had a one-sided idea of who was kept free by our flag, and blacks provided the highest percentage of casualties.

However, the United States National Archives & Records Administration has a different story:

Caucasian: 50,120
Negro: 7,264
This is yet another example of blatant and shameless race-baiting by the Kerry campaign.
