Iran hangs rapists, gay rights groups outraged

Last week in Iran, two teenagers — Mahmoud Asgari, 16, and Ayaz Marhoni, 18 — were hanged publicly for the crime of homosexuality.
At least, that’s what gay rights groups are upset about.
These two “boys” (men, at least one of them) were convicted of raping young boys, but the global gay lobby disregards this in favor of the propaganda that Iran only executed them for being homosexual. Iran hanged them for being homosexual and raping children. There’s a bit of a difference there.
Today’s San Antonio Express-News takes the “gay rights” side. Under the photo of the teens being prepared for the hanging, the caption says:
Mahmoud Asgari (left), 16, and Ayaz Marhoni, 18, are set to be publicly hanged in Mashhad, Iran, on charges of raping boys. Homosexual acts are punishable by death in the country.
According to the San Antonio Express-News, raping boys is a standard “homosexual act” and not a crime of sexual violence against an unwilling victim who will be scarred for life.

Gay rights groups, such as the London-based Outrage!, and Iranian opposition groups suggested the rape allegations were trumped-up charges aimed to undermine public sympathy for the teenagers.
Sympathy for chid rapists? I suppose this group promotes “sympathy” and “tolerance” for the likes of Joseph Edward Duncan or David Westerfield.
This is more evidence that, far from “tolerance”, radical groups such as “Outrage” and NAMBLA demand acceptance of a bizarre lifestyle that robs children of their innocence.
This isn’t to say that Iran is a bastion of morality; far from it, in fact. In Iran a nine-year-old girl can be executed for an “illegal sex act”, while a boy has to be at least 15 to receive the same punishment. In other words, a nine-year-old girl can be executed for being raped, while her 13-year-old rapist avoids death. And if the government doesn’t kill her, her family will.
It is ironic that those who scream the loudest against America and support militant Islamists — psychotic American-hating “peace activists” and freako pinko smelly hippy communists — will be the first ones beheaded, lined up like the Bani Quraytha and having their heads sawn off en-masse in a ditch.
